So me being a fan of Rihanna, Kei$ha and Niki Minaj was so excited when i heard that they all would be going on tour together, but then some things changed and Niki Minaj decided to bail on Rihanna. So yes i got a little upset, then i find out she isnt even coming to Ohio so i got more upset. But the tour does kick off on April 16th in Antwerp, Belgim.
